北京能源国际签署3.62亿元光伏项目合约
财中社11月5日电北京能源国际（00686）发布公告，宣布其附属公司曲靖沾益于2024年11月5日与一个联合体单位签署了光伏发电项目的工程、采购及建设（EPC）合约。该合约的总价格约为3.62亿元（含税），将用于位于中国云南省的110兆瓦光伏发电项目的建设。
合约的主要条款包括，联合体单位将负责项目的所有勘察、设计、设备材料采购、建筑、安装、检测及验收工作。支付结构方面，合约价格将通过预付款、里程碑付款和质保金等方式进行结算，预付款为合约价格的20%。合约的成功签署被认为符合国家政策，并将进一步推动公司的可再生能源业务发展，预计将为股东带来更大回报。
