智通财经APP获悉，内房股集体回落，截至发稿，雅居乐集团(03383)跌6.14%，报1.07港元；融信中国(03301)跌5.56%，报0.68港元；世茂集团(00813)跌5.03%，报1.51港元；新城发展(01030)跌4.28%，报2.46港元；远洋集团(03377)跌3.85%，报0.375港元。
消息面上，市场聚焦国内人大常委会，昨日市传12万亿大刺激计划点燃内房股情绪，多股单日曾飙升逾20%，今日则悉数回落。国信证券指出，10月楼市反弹明显，后续地产板块的行情演绎将取决于相关政策的落地进度以及基本面反弹能否持续。虽然从房企价值角度，在房价止跌、行业真实复苏前，基本面无法支撑房地产板块的趋势性行情。但从政策博弈角度，当下基本面越弱、过往政策效果一般，则重磅政策出台的预期越强，博弈行情将持续存在。
