消息面上，今年上半年，朗诗绿色生活实现营收3.92亿元(人民币，下同)；毛利0.68亿元；股东应占溢利1114.6万元。从收入结构来看，朗诗绿色生活主动调整业务结构，2024年上半年，物业管理服务收入约为3.23亿元；占比高达82.4%，同比提升7.9个百分点，持续占据高占比，物业服务压舱稳健。此外，集团的总在管建筑面积约为3198万平方米，其中并表在管建筑面积约为2990万平方米。
国联证券表示，随着政策效果逐步显现，市场信心有望得到提振，带动销量企稳。建议关注具备规模优势，运营效率高的头部物业管理公司。光大证券指，美联储降息周期开启，国内地产政策持续优化，物业管理风险因子逐步出清，板块配置价值凸显。长期看好独立发展能力较强，项目质量较高，运营能力及盈利能力较强的物管公司。
