沪杭甬子公司签19.73亿高速公路改扩建协议
财中社11月6日电浙江沪杭甬（00576）发布公告称，其非全资附属公司乍嘉苏公司于2024年11月5日与交工金筑及交工地下工程签订施工协议，承包乍嘉苏高速公路（南湖互通至浙苏界段）SG01标段的改扩建施工。该施工协议的服务范围包括路基、路面、桥涵等的施工，计划施工期为1,186个日历天（约39个月），缺陷责任期为24个月，路面维养期为96个月。
根据公告，拟进行的交易构成公司的持续关联交易，因相关交易的适用百分比率超出0.1%但不足5%，需遵守上市规则的申报、公告及年度审核规定。服务费用总额为19.73亿元，其中路面维养服务费为2261万元。独立财务顾问认为，施工协议的期限超过三年是必要的，且符合正常商业惯例。此项目的实施将提升道路运载能力及通行体验，有利于公司的可持续发展。
