　　创新奇智此前公布，2024年10月25日，董事会正式决议行使股份购回授权，拟不定时于公开市场购回股份，最高金额不超过1亿港元，股份购回期限至股份购回授权到期之日止。股份购回的资金来源为本公司自有资金。购回的股份将被注销或被持作库存股份。公司会在符合联交所证券上市规则的情况下进行股份购回。
