综合传媒报道，长实(01113.HK) 执行董事赵国雄预期楼市进一步向下压力不大，相信难重现“深水炸弹价”推盘的情况，估计明年中小型住宅楼价有望升5%，豪宅更或录得8%至10%的高单位数至低双位数升幅。
此外，他透露长实旗下中半山超级豪宅21 BORRETT ROAD部署明年推出第2期单位招标，合共涉66伙，并已于2018年取得预售楼花同意书；至于第1期中高层单位目前已售出七七八八。
