智通财经APP获悉，水泥股今日普涨，截至发稿，中国建材(03323)涨6.05%，报3.68港元；华润建材科技(01313)涨5.39%，报2.15港元；西部水泥(02233)涨3.42%，报1.21港元；华新水泥(06655)涨2.96%，报8.7港元。
中信证券指出，2024年以来水泥需求大幅下降，行业亏损严重，工信部修订印发了《水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法（2024年本）》，有望加速3亿吨以上落后水泥熟料产能的出清，将实际产能从21亿吨压降至设计产能18亿吨以内。供给侧产能的优化有助于行业生态的好转，水泥行业有望改变大幅亏损的局面，恢复到合理的盈利水平。
华泰证券指出，10月建筑建材指数两次不同程度深跌后震荡回升，或系施工实物量表现偏弱及增量政策落地改善预期。展望25年，供给端变化或更突出，水泥/玻璃政策约束及行业自律行为有望增多，化债修复企业资产负债表及现金流；需求端稳增长发力，关注地产止跌拐点落地，以及顺周期板块价格趋势。
