智通财经APP讯，未来数据集团(08229)发布公告，有关拟收购优越投资管理有限公司的全部已发行股本，经审慎考虑所有收购事项的情况后，公司与卖方决定不进行收购事项，因此，于2024年11月5日，买方与卖方订立终止协议以终止收购协议及收购事项。
根据终止协议，订约方已相互同意自终止协议日期起终止收购协议，并解除及免除彼此在收购协议项下所有未来义务及责任。各订约方亦确认，并无就收购协议项下或所产生的任何事项向另一订约方提出申索。
董事会认为，终止收购事项将不会对集团的财务及营运产生任何重大不利影响。
