智通财经APP讯，滨海泰达物流(08348)发布公告，于2024年11月5日，公司(作为卖方)、北京博顺商业管理有限公司(作为买家)及目标公司(泰达行(天津)冷链物流有限公司)就目标公司60%权益订立股权转让协议，最终代价为人民币9312.32万元。
公司已于2024年9月6日召开的股东特别大会上就潜在出售事项及授出建议授权获得股东批准。于本公布日期，买方已支付总额为人民币2793万元的按金，该款项将用作最终代价的部分付款。余额人民币6519.32万元(扣除上述按金后)将由买方于股权转让协议签署日期后五个工作日内支付予公司。预计建议出售将于2024年11月末前完成。
完成有关潜在出售事项后，目标公司将不再为公司的合营公司。
