智通财经APP获悉，安德利果汁(02218)午后急涨逾12%，截至发稿，涨6.13%，报8.66港元，成交额1171.26万港元。
消息面上，安德利果汁公告称，公司股东安德利集团、BVI东华、BVI平安及霖安商贸，向独立第三方曲浩转让合共2,000万股，占公司总股本5.73%；代价共计4.29亿人民币，相当于每股作价21.47元人民币。完成后，曲浩将持有公司股本5.73%；霖安商贸不再持有公司股份。本次权益变动不会导致公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变化。
