　　坛金矿业（00621）复牌高开124%，截至发稿，股价上涨82.76%，现报0.053港元，成交额717.21万港元。

　　坛金矿业公告，公司已达成复牌指引，包括刊发所有尚未公布的业绩、证明足够营运水平及足够价值的资产，以及向市场公布所有重要资讯。公司称，已向联交所申请自7日恢复股份买卖。

　　据悉，2023年6月底，坛金矿业公布，公司仍然正在确定南非采矿资产的账面值，需要额外时间获取更多证明文件及报告以便核数师开展工作，将无法按照上市规则于6月30日或前刊发全年业绩。因此，公司股份目前预期将自7月3日（星期一）起暂停买卖。
