Newmark Group (NMRK) said Monday it arranged a $315 million refinancing loan for TPG Angelo Gordon and Andover Properties, covering a 43-asset self-storage portfolio under Andover's Storage King USA brand.
The financing, provided by Wells Fargo (WFC), Goldman Sachs (GS), and 3650 REIT, supports a portfolio of over 21,300 units across 3.1 million square feet, spanning 11 states, Newmark said.
Newmark shares were up 0.8% in recent trading.
