柏能集团(01263.HK) 公布，已于昨日(4日)收到新加坡交易所就建议介绍发出之上市资格函。据悉，上市资格函受限于达成若干条件，包括公司向新加坡交易所提交若干确认及承诺。上市资格函并不表示有利于建议介绍、集团及公司证券。
柏能集团表示，建议介绍将不涉及发行公司新股份，而公司之已发行普通股其后将继续于联交所上市及买卖。集团亦认为，上述举动将会提升公司品牌之认知度，扩大其股东基础及日后之集资渠道，继而有利于推广公司之企业形象，长远提高其证券之流动性。(js/w)
