证监会公布，禁止创富行资产管理(香港)前负责人员姚伟程重投业界15年，认为他并非获发牌的适当人选。
证监会指，上述纪律行动源于市场失当行为审裁处早前的一项裁决，指姚伟程作为创富行前负责人员，被审裁处裁定曾从事市场失当行为，原因是他就国药科技股份(08156.HK) 及量子思维(08050.HK) 的股份进行虚假交易。他透过由创富行管理的对冲基金的经纪账户及其母亲的经纪账户进行有关交易，令其母亲的经纪账户获利560万元，损害了该对冲基金的利益。
证监会在决定上述处分时，已考虑到所有相关情况，包括姚伟程为了令其母亲获取非法收益而进行持续超过两个月的操纵行为，属严重及不诚实之举；他违背了其客户对他的信任和信心；以及必须向市场传递有力的阻吓讯息，防止其他从业员日后作出类似行为。(vc/u)
