智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，于2024年11月5日，曲靖沾益(公司附属公司，作为发包方)与联合体单位(作为承包方)订立EPC合约。根据EPC合约，联合体单位将向曲靖沾益提供EPC服务，以建设EPC项目。EPC合约项下的合约价格约为人民币3.62亿元(含税)。
据悉，联合体单位为由海南电力设计研究院(作为联合体单位牵头人)及云南绿宇(作为联合体单位成员)组成的联合体单位。
公告称，集团已加快扩大清洁能源规模化发展及扩大可再生能源业务规模的步伐，此乃集团于此方面的重点之一。据董事所深知，海南电力设计研究院及云南绿宇均为发展成熟的公司，在中国光伏发电项目建设及发展方面拥有丰富经验。订立EPC合约将符合国家布局大型电力基地的政策，将使公司能通过建设优质光伏发电项目，进一步扩展其于可再生能源行业中光伏电站的业务规模并多元化清洁能源组合，从而为股东赚取更大回报。
