财中社11月5日电归创通桥-B（02190）发布公告，披露截至2024年11月5日的股份变动情况。公告显示，公司在11月5日回购了5万股股份，回购价格为每股11.1342港元，总支付金额为55.7万港元。
此次股份回购的比例占公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的0.0152%。
根据此前的回购授权，公司至今已回购的股份总数为218万股，约占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份的0.6554%。此回购是基于2024年6月6日通过的回购授权决议，且在未来30天内，公司将暂停任何新股发行或库存股份的出售。
