北京能源国际签署5.5亿元风电EPC合约，助力可再生能源扩展
财中社11月5日电北京能源国际（00686）发布公告，宣布其附属公司吉林卓朗于2024年11月4日与联合体单位签订了一份工程、采购及建设（EPC）合约。该合约涉及位于中国吉林省的风力发电项目，合约价格约为5.5亿元（含税），将由联合体单位负责提供相应的服务，包括勘察、设计、设备材料采购、建筑及安装等工作。
根据合约，项目预计将在吉林卓朗发出书面通知后304个日历日内竣工。合约的付款结构包括预付款、里程碑付款和质量保证金，预付款占合约价格的20%，合计约为1.1亿元。此外，合约中规定了质量保证金和履约担保的相关条款，以确保承包方按约履行合同责任。
本次交易构成须予披露交易，合约的签署将有助于公司在可再生能源行业的进一步扩展，并符合国家大型电力基地的政策布局。公司对风力发电行业的发展持乐观态度，预计将为股东带来更大的回报。
