智通财经APP获悉，和谐汽车(03836)高开逾10%，截至发稿，涨10.39%，报0.85港元，成交额34.68万港元。
消息面上，和谐汽车发布公告，于2024年11月4日，买方(一间间接非全资附属公司和谐新能源汽车服务(香港)有限公司)与卖方(联大汽车有限公司)、捷兴(作为卖方的债权人)及施纯杰(作为担保人)订立买卖协议，据此，卖方有条件同意出售而买方有条件同意购买资产，代价为1.5亿港元。买方根据买卖协议将购买的资产包括展示厅、服务中心、仓库、仓库车位、固定资产(如装修、设备及设施、工具及办公家俱)，以及试驾车和办公用车、库存车辆、库存备件等。
公告称，集团一直在全球范围内发展新能源汽车业务，并相信新能源汽车业务在中国香港的前景。透过本次收购事项，集团将成为BYD新能源汽车在中国香港市场的唯一经销商，并将获得更大的市场份额及品牌曝光率，从而巩固在香港新能源汽车市场的地位。
