智通财经APP讯，海天国际(01882)发布公告，根据公司的建议，罗兵咸永道会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师(核数师)，自2024年11月5日起生效。
根据审核委员会建议，于2024年11月6日，董事会已议决委任安永会计师事务所(安永)为新核数师，自签订委聘书之日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
