智通财经APP讯，中国水业集团(01129)发布公告，鉴于资本市场气氛疲弱及近期股份收市价大幅下跌，公司拟终止先前供股及先前配售事项，并就供股及配售事项提出新建议。
公司于2024年10月4日公布的建议股份合并及更改每手买卖单位维持不变。
公司建议按于记录日期每持有1股合并股份获发1股供股股份的基准，以认购价每股供股股份0.326港元发行最多2.87亿股供股股份(假设公司于记录日期或之前并无进一步发行新股份及购回股份)而筹集最多约9368万港元的所得款项总额(假设供股获全数认购)。供股仅供合资格股东认购，且将不会向除外股东(如有)提呈。
经扣除所有相关开支后，供股最高所得款项净额估计约为9010万港元。公司拟将供股所得款项净额约75%用于偿还债务;约17%用于投资沼气项目;及约8%用作集团一般营运资金。
