金吾财讯 | 据媒体，两名知情人士在周二透露，意大利财政部已经暂停了将ITA航空的少数股份出售给德国汉莎航空(DLAKY)的计划，原因是双方在商定的价格上存在分歧。
据悉，汉莎航空在7月份获得了欧盟反垄断机构的批准，计划以3.25亿欧元的价格收购ITA航空41%的股份。另一位消息人士指出，意大利经济部与汉莎航空之间因1000万欧元的价格差异而产生争议。汉莎航空的一位发言人强调，公司将遵守对ITA航空的投资合同条款，并提到汉莎航空已经签署了一项补救措施提议。据悉，该提议原本应在周一提交给欧盟委员会，但由于双方在价格上的分歧，该提议未能按时提交。
