智通财经APP获悉，随着共和党总统候选人特朗普宣布胜选，截至发稿，美国钢铁(X.US)周三美股盘前涨超6%，因为市场预计，如果特朗普采取像2018年那样对进口钢铁征收关税的措施，这家美国钢铁生产商将受益。
除了美国钢铁之外，其他美股钢铁类股也出现上涨。截至发稿，周三美股盘前，纽柯钢铁(NUE.US)涨近11%，克利夫兰克里夫(CLF.US)涨超11%，Steel Dynamics(STLD.US)涨近9%，Reliance(RS.US)涨近3%。此外，美国铝业(AA.US)涨超2%，世纪铝业(CENX.US)涨超3%。
据悉，特朗普政府在2018年对进口钢铁征收25%的关税，对进口铝征收10%的关税。世界贸易组织当时表示，这些关税违反了全球贸易规则。这些关税后来在2021年被拜登政府撤销。
值得一提的是，特朗普此前表示，如果他成为总统，将阻止新日铁以近150亿美元收购美国钢铁的交易。当前，美国外国投资委员会(CFIUS)对这笔交易的审查决定已推迟至美国总统大选之后。
