智通财经APP获悉，创新奇智(02121)早盘涨超10%，截至发稿，涨7.29%，报5.15港元，成交额1.08亿港元。
消息面上，创新奇智此前公布，2024年10月25日，董事会正式决议行使股份购回授权，拟不定时于公开市场购回股份，最高金额不超过1亿港元，股份购回期限至股份购回授权到期之日止。股份购回的资金来源为本公司自有资金。购回的股份将被注销或被持作库存股份。公司会在符合联交所证券上市规则的情况下进行股份购回。
此外，创新奇智近期与华润数科签订战略合作协议，将以创新奇智“AInnoGC工业大模型技术平台”为基础，结合华润数科现有大模型平台能力，联合开展产品研发工作。同时还将基于双方联合开发的工业大模型平台，面向客户在工业智能领域的应用场景项目落地需求，协同输出并交付以大模型技术为引领的工业智能应用场景解决方案。
