凭藉嘉友集团与集团之间的长期稳定业务关系，嘉友集团熟悉集团的业务需求、质量标准及运营要求。嘉友集团在中国提供综合跨境物流、仓储、运输以及销售及分销服务的竞争优势，令集团能够高效快速地满足客户需求，其中费用在合同期内保持稳定。与独立第三方就类似相关服务提供的先前费用及条款相比，合作协议的费用及条款属公平合理，且与独立第三方所提供者相若或较其更优。
