深圳市公安局福田分局通报，资产管理公司鼎益丰(00612.HK) 及其关联公司，发行虚假理财产品及“空气币”DDO数字期权，从事非法活动，已涉嫌犯罪。为打击犯罪，维护投资人合法权益，公安机构已对大股东隋广义及马小秋等人，以涉嫌集资诈骗等犯罪，采取刑事强制措施。
鼎益丰今日(6日)低开12.32%后跌幅扩大，中午收报0.122元，跌42.18%，成交2,221.6万股，涉资276.43万元。
香港证监会于今年2月，已在原讼法庭对公司前主席兼非执行董事隋广义及另外20名人士展开法律程序，指他们于2018年3月1日至9月14日期间操控公司的股份。证监会其后在上月再公布，原讼法庭向11名涉嫌操纵鼎益丰股份的人士发出临时强制令，被禁止调走其在香港境内的任何资产，或以任何方式处置或处理其在香港境内的任何资产或缩减其在香港境内任何资产的价值，以合共约63.53亿元为限。(mn/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
