领展(00823.HK) 公布截至9月底止中期业绩，香港物业组合零售商户每平方呎销售总额按年下跌4.3%，整体续租租金调整率增长0.7%，平均每平方呎每月租金微升至64.5元。
首席营运总裁卓格理(Greg Chubb)指，注意到第二财商户销售额跌势已按季收窄，对比首季销售额跌幅为5.8%，相信部分是由于港人北上消费趋势已回稳。
被问到下半年租户表现会否持续好转，以及续租租金增长能否延续，首席执行官王国龙就指，本地商户经营成本及人力支出都呈上升趋势，下半财年对商户销售额及续金租金看法审慎，未太乐观，但强调会持续以不同方式为商户提供支援，期望将出租率维持在介乎97%至98%的较高水平。
卓格理补充，由于旗下商场主要服务区内居民民生需求，10月至今零售销售表现未见太大反弹，但同时销售必需品为主的商户组合表现仍保持一定强韧，表现较同期本港整体零售市道优胜。(gc/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-11-06 12:25。)
