智通财经APP获悉，万国黄金集团(03939)午后涨近6%，高见10.42港元，再创上市新高。截至发稿，涨4.67%，报10.3港元，成交额1241.11万港元。
消息面上，根据香港联交所11月4日披露的文件，10月30日，紫金矿业集团股份有限公司增持万国黄金集团1.66亿股普通股股份，价值约13.79亿港元。增持后，紫金矿业集团股份有限公司持仓比例由2.70%升至17.57%。据悉，万国黄金此前公布，向紫金矿业的全资子公司金山(香港)国际矿业配售1.66亿股，所得款项总额将约为13.794亿港元，其中50%拟用作有关所罗门群岛金岭矿勘探及开发项目之拨款，及余下50%所得款项净额将用作一般营运资金。
第一上海表示，公司简称由“万国国际矿业集团有限公司”变更为“万国黄金集团有限公司”，凸显公司将以黄金开采及加工为主营业务的市场定位，逐步迈入业务发展的新阶段。民生证券则指出，公司拥有江西宜丰新庄铜多金属矿、所罗门群岛金岭金矿和西藏哇了格铅银矿三座矿山，并且资源储量丰富；宜丰矿稳定贡献利润，金岭金矿持续爬坡，未来地下矿扩产潜力较大，哇了格铅银矿探转采持续推进。叠加铜金价格景气向上，迎来量价齐升。
