智通财经APP获悉，领展房产基金(00823)午后一度涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.69%，报38.15港元，成交额3.95亿港元。
消息面上，领展房产基金午间公布截至今年9月底止中期业绩，可分派总额同比增加4.3%至34.76亿港元。每基金单位分派同比增加3.7%至134.89港仙。期内，收益及物业收入净额分别同比增加6.4%及5.8%至71.53亿港元及53.59亿港元，主要来自于2月收购上海七宝领展广场额外50%权益后，该资产全面综合入账，以及大部分营运市场之表现均有所改善。香港物业组合收益总额及物业收入净额仍分别同比增长2.2%及2.4%。
