Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust's (SGX:BTOU) portfolio occupancy for the third quarter of the year stood at 77.0%, compared to 78.4% in the second quarter.
The company's portfolio weighted average lease expiry stood at 5.1 years, compared to 4.7 years in the previous quarter.
The REIT also executed 261,000 square feet of leases during the three months ended Sept. 30.
Furthermore, aggregate leverage came in at 58.2% in Q3, compared to 56.3% in the previous quarter, while fixed-rate loans came in at 59.0%, versus 80.2% in the preceding quarter.
