智通财经APP讯，协同通信(01613)发布公告，于2024年11月5日，公司拟向认购人Infinity Holding Resources Limited配发及发行合共7417.6万股，相当于紧随认购事项完成后经扩大的公司已发行股本约16.53%。每股认购股份的认购价0.28港元较11月5日收市价每股0.32港元折让约12.50%。
假设所有认购股份获成功发行，认购事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额分别约为2080万港元及约2070万港元。公司拟将认购事项所得款项净额分配于增强其现有智能手机分销业务、一般营运资金及╱或当机会出现时集团的未来投资。
