【印尼拟对12 种矿产实施新出口禁令！影响几何？】金十期货11月6日讯，在第九届亚太不锈钢产业大会上，印尼镍矿商协会（APNI）总秘书 Meidy Katrin 于11月5日透露，印尼计划效仿此前的镍矿出口禁令，对钴、煤炭、铜、铝土矿、硅等12种矿产资源以及16种非矿产商品实施新的出口禁令。1. 方正中期高级研究员魏朝明认为，该消息短期或扰动相关品种的市场情绪。中长期来看，很多国家和地区有相似的发展当地产业的意愿，对相应大宗商品的供需及价格影响宜谨慎看待。2. 据国元期货有色金属分析师范芮介绍，目前虽然从矿业周期的角度来讲，铜精矿的供应面临产量下滑和供应偏紧局面，但落脚到铜价上，最直接的因果关系依然来自全球精炼铜供需结构。印尼即使颁布出口禁令，禁止铜精矿出口，但并不会影响全球铜精矿产量，也不太容易对冶炼厂的生产带来持续性影响。短期铜价会短暂反映铜精矿供应忧虑情绪，但从更长的周期来讲，对铜市影响不大。
