康哲药业新药磷酸芦可替尼乳膏获中国香港批准上市
财中社11月6日电康哲药业（00867）发布公告，宣布磷酸芦可替尼乳膏（白癜风适应症）的新药上市申请已于2024年11月4日获得香港政府药剂业及毒药管理局批准，并于11月5日收到药品注册证明书。该产品用于治疗12岁及以上青少年和成人患者伴面部受累的非节段型白癜风，填补了市场上对该疾病治疗的需求。
芦可替尼乳膏在美国已获得FDA批准，成为首个用于局部治疗非节段型白癜风的药物。香港约有7.5万白癜风患者，其中85%为非节段型白癜风。由于现有治疗方法存在局限性，芦可替尼乳膏为患者提供了新的治疗选择。公司表示，正在推进该产品在香港的商业化工作，并希望能为更多白癜风患者带来福音。
