董事会同意选举姚春和先生担任董事长。
姚春和先生担任董事长的任期自国家金融监督管理机构核准其任职资格之日起至第九届董事会任期届满之日止。在姚春和先生的董事长任职资格获得国家金融监督管理机构核准前，邓新权先生将依照法律法规及本公司《公司章程》有关规定，继续履行第九届董事会执行董事、董事长及董事会发展战略委员会主任委员职务。
