中海宏洋10月合约销售额同比增57.9%
财中社11月6日电中国海外宏洋集团（00081）发布2024年10月份未经审计的运营数据。数据显示，中海宏洋系列公司在10月份实现合约销售额50.5亿元，合约销售面积430,900平方米，分别同比上升57.9%和58.5%。然而，在2024年1至10月份的累计合约销售额为314.56亿元，合约销售面积2,758,600平方米，分别同比下降16.4%和12.0%。截至10月底，累计认购未签约额为8.92亿元，认购未签约面积71,700平方米。
在土地储备方面，本集团在2024年10月份没有新增土地储备，但从2024年1月1日至10月31日期间，累计新增总楼面面积607,106平方米，总土地价格为28.33亿元。此次新增土地的具体项目包括银川、徐州、合肥等地的多个项目，均为100%权益。以上数据为初步内部资料，未经过审计，投资者在进行证券交易时需谨慎。
