智通财经获悉，周三，CrowdStrike(CRWD.US)宣布收购SaaS安全公司Adaptive Shield。虽然交易的财务条款尚未披露，但预计收购价格将主要以现金支付，其中包括一部分以股票形式交付，但须遵守授予条件。但据媒体报道，CrowdStrike将为这家以色列公司支付约3亿美元。根据惯例成交条件，拟议的收购预计将在CrowdStrike第四财季完成。
通过此次收购，CrowdStrike将成为唯一一家在整个现代云生态系统中提供统一的端到端保护、抵御基于身份的攻击的网络安全供应商。作为CrowdStrike Falcon网络安全平台的集成组件，Adaptive Shield将为公司提供先进的能力，以阻止现代混合云环境中各个方面的基于身份的攻击。
CrowdStrike首席执行官兼创始人George Kurtz表示：“随着SaaS和人工智能应用的增长，每一个新的应用程序都会带来额外的复杂性和人类与非人类账户配置错误的风险，从而为复杂的攻击创造机会。通过收购Adaptive Shield， CrowdStrike将继续为基于身份的云保护设定标准，从Falcon平台提供一流的SaaS保护。”
