律齐文化(00550.HK) 公布，于10月30日接获联交所函件，通知将修改其中一项初步复牌指引，即是对审计事宜各项进行适当的独立法证调查、评估对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响、公布调查结果并采取适当的补救行动。
