MONGOL MINING与嘉友签订五年煤炭供应协议，预计年限额5.34亿元
MONGOL MINING（00975）发布关于与嘉友订立合作协议的公告。根据协议，公司的联属人士同意向嘉友全资附属公司万利供应各种煤炭产品，包括硬焦煤、半软焦煤、洗选动力煤等，并指定万利为甘其毛都煤炭的进口及分销合作伙伴。该协议的有效期为五年，自2025年1月1日至2029年12月31日。
根据历史交易数据，自2020年7-12月、2021-2023年的交易金额分别为1980万元、2220万元、690万元及4490万元。预计在未来五年内，年度上限将为每年5.34亿元，主要因预计的运输费用增加，预计将占年度上限的56%。此外，独立财务顾问已确认该协议的期限和条款符合行业惯例，且有助于公司及股东的整体利益。
