智通财经APP获悉，OSL集团(00863)高开近8%，截至发稿，涨7.95%，报7.6港元，成交额17.48万港元。
消息面上，OSL集团发布公告，于2024年11月4日，该公司全资子公司OSL Investment(Japan) Limited(“OSL Japan”)与四位独立第三方签订了股份购买协议(“股份购买协议”)，以收购Coin Best株式会社(“目标公司”)的控股权，目标公司是一家由日本金融厅发牌的加密资产交易平台。根据协议，OSL Japan同意从四位独立第叁方手中收购目标公司81.38%的股份(“收购”)。收购的完成取决于股份购买协议中的先决条件达成，以及2025年12月31日作为交割最终截止日。
公告称，此次收购是集团正式进军日本市场的关键策略，为集团的全球化路蓝图实现一个重要里程碑。在收购完成后，集团预计将通过更广泛的产品类别、运营和技术资源的共享、行业最佳实践的应用以及全球交易流动性和效率的提高，实现双方的业务协同。
