智通财经APP讯，归创通桥-B(02190)发布公告，董事会已于2024年11月6日议决：(i)建议采纳股份奖励计划以供股东批准，该计划经参考招股章程所披露董事会于2021年1月18日采纳的首次公开发售前购股权计划编制。股份奖励计划将由库存股份满足。采纳股份奖励计划须待股东于临时股东大会上批准后，方可作实;
(ii)建议股东向董事会及╱或管理委员会授出授权，以全权办理股份奖励计划相关事宜，但须待股东于临时股东大会上批准股份奖励计划后，方可作实;(iii)建议有条件授出，惟须待独立股东于临时股东大会上批准后，方可作实;(iv)建议弥补亏损方案供股东批准。
