【碧桂园服务清空珠海万达股份，已收到股权转让的全部价款37.91亿元】金十数据11月8日讯，碧桂园服务(06098.HK)分两次清空珠海万达股份，且已收到37.91亿元的股权转让价款。碧桂园服务10月29日公告，其间接全资附属公司以6.49亿元的代价出售珠海万达商业管理集团股份有限公司0.31%股份。从接近交易的知情人士处获悉，万达已经向碧桂园服务支付6.49亿元的股权转让款。此前碧桂园服务公告称，以31.42亿元的代价出售持有的珠海万达1.49%的股权。10月14日，万达方已经支付了与碧桂园服务的交易款项。
