智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)盘中再涨超5%，9月中旬至今股价走出翻倍行情。截至发稿，涨3.32%，报9.65港元，成交额4693.55万港元。
消息面上，联交所最新数据显示，10月30日，Kuang Ming Investments Pte. Limited增持维他奶13万股，每股作价8.7363港元，总金额约113.57万港元。增持后最新持股数目约为5365.8万股，持股比例为5.0%。10月以来，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达，持续通过旗下杨协成（新加坡上市饮品公司）及家族办公室增持维他奶。联交所资料显示，在10月24日黄志达最近一次增持维他奶后，其持股比例已升至10.06%。
公开资料显示，杨协成是新加坡的一家食品饮料上市公司，其所属的黄氏家族由新加坡首富黄廷方创立。截至目前，杨协成旗下产品主要包括豆奶、马蹄爽等，主要市场位于东南亚。来自中国市场的收入不算多，占比不到10%，华南、华东地区为杨协成的主要市场。
