自2024年6月11日起，中交二航局大丰港三期码头智能筑港机已安全运行4月有余，一共安装了300榀。

智能筑港机分为上下两层，上层由80吨天车（含起升机构、小车运行机构、吊具）、纵梁及纵梁拉杆、平台、纵梁横移行走机构等部件组成；下层由横梁、平台、可调支腿、大车纵移行走机构、行走轨道等部件组成。

在智能筑港机运行过程中，项目部采取多项措施，包括加大设备巡检力度，及时发现处理潜在问题；优化工艺参数，提高设备运行效率；加强安装班组培训，提升操作技能和应急处理能力。多项措施并举为智能筑港机的连续稳定运行提供了有力保障。

据项目技术负责人介绍，智能筑港机已接入中国交建特种设备运行风险监控平台，后台可对设备的施工环境、作业状态、运行数据进行实时跟踪，确保施工安全。
