智通财经APP讯，广州农商银行(01551)发布公告，近日，该行收到国家金融监督管理总局广东监管局的批复，国家金融监督管理总局广东监管局已核准邓晓云女士、倪开先生、张研先生、幸秋玉女士、胡戈游先生任该行董事，核准郑国坚先生任该行独立董事。上述董事的任期自2024年11月6日起至第四届董事会任期届满为止。
于2024年11月7日召开的董事会会议上，蔡建先生、邓晓云女士分别获选举为该行第四届董事会董事长、副董事长。蔡建先生担任董事长任期自本公告之日起至该行第四届董事会任期届满之日止，任期届满后可连选连任，邓晓云女士担任副董事长职务尚待国家金融监督管理总局广东监管局核准。
自2024年11月6日起，第三届董事会非执行董事刘文圣先生、答恒诚先生、张军洲先生、孟森先生及赖志光先生退任非执行董事及独立非执行董事张卫国先生退任独立非执行董事。
该行董事会于近日收到许治先生和覃民安先生提交的辞呈。许先生因需投入更多精力从事其他工作事务、覃先生因个人工作变动原因分别辞去该行拟任独立非执行董事和拟任非执行董事职务，该等辞任于2024年11月6日生效。
