一方面，公司在先进半导体技术发展上似乎停滞不前，另一方面，过时的企业文化导致人才流失问题日益严重。
报道称，三星的增长历来依赖于其半导体、手机和家电业务，然而自2023年以来，半导体部门盈利能力持续下滑，手机和家电业务前景也不明朗。
业内人士指出，李在镕迫切需要加快大规模并购和投资，以确保公司未来的增长势头。
专家认为，三星的首要任务是加强核心业务的竞争力，特别是在高带宽存储器（HBM）领域迎头赶上，并加强晶圆代工厂的先进工艺技术。
此外，三星还需加大对生物制药、汽车电子、机器人和医疗保健等新兴领域的投资，以实现持续增长。
三星电子最新公布的财报显示，第三季度销售额和营业利润略高于预期，其中半导体部门第三季度营业利润为3.86万亿韩元（约合28亿美元），较上一季度下降40%。
