智通财经APP讯，开山股份(300257.SZ)公告，公司全资子公司Kaishan Renewable Energy Development Pte., Ltd.(开山可再生能源发展有限公司,简称“KRED”)及其下属肯尼亚公司近日收到肯尼亚Sosian Menengai地热项目剩余EPC合同款5700万美元。
此外，Sosian Menengai Geothermal Power Limited公司(Sosian Menengai地热能有限公司，简称“SMGPL”或“业主”)按照EPC合同约定向KRED支付了5700万美元货款对应的利息，KRED已收到SMGPL支付的2024年2-11月利息累计315.74万美元。截至本公告日，EPC合同相关款项均已收回结清。
