消息面上，中国海外宏洋集团发布公告，在2024年10月份，中海宏洋系列公司(公司及其附属公司(集团)及集团的联营公司和合营公司)实现合约销售额人民币50.5亿元及合约销售面积43.09万平方米，分别按年上升57.9%及58.5%。
在2024年1至10月份，累计合约销售额人民币314.56亿元及合约销售面积275.86万平方米，分别按年下跌16.4%及12.0%。截至2024年10月底，累计认购未签约额人民币8.92亿元及认购未签约面积71700平方米。
