智通财经APP获悉，李宁(02331)早盘再涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.04%，报17.52港元，成交额2.46亿港元。
消息面上，李宁近日发布公告，集团间接全资附属公司LN Co、李宁本人全资拥有公司Founder Co与红杉中国旗下的Hongshan Venture、HongShan Motivation订立认购及股东协议，以2亿港元成立合资公司，分别持股29%、26%、31%、14%，目的为开发海外市场。广发证券认为，海内外运动鞋服行业仍有较大的发展空间，公司探索海外市场值得期待。
华泰证券则指出，展望四季度，受益于国庆假期和换季需求，预计公司4Q24增速有望超过前三季度实现环比改善。公司当前处于调整期，通过优化产品组合提升管理效率，我们期待中期趋势的改善，海外市场有望持续增量，维持“买入”评级。
