消息面上，据克而瑞研究中心监测，10月前20日，重点28城新房日均成交规模较9月日均增长11%，重点16城二手房成交较9月前20日增长11%。汇丰则表示，房企在债务重组上取得进展被视为新一种正面催化剂，可提振投资者情绪，提升交易流动性。
国联证券表示，当前A股与港股地产板块市净率估值均处于历史低位水平，随着政策效果逐步显现，市场信心有望得到提振，带动销量企稳。建议关注重点布局一线及核心二线城市，主打改善性产品，具备持续拿地能力的房企，以及具备规模优势，运营效率高的头部物业管理公司。
