智通财经APP获悉，领展房产基金(00823)跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.34%，报36.4港元，成交额4.71亿港元。
消息面上，领展房产基金昨日公布截至今年9月底止中期业绩，可分派总额同比增加4.3%至34.76亿港元。每基金单位分派同比增加3.7%至134.89港仙。期内，收益及物业收入净额分别同比增加6.4%及5.8%至71.53亿港元及53.59亿港元，主要来自于2月收购上海七宝领展广场额外50%权益后，该资产全面综合入账，以及大部分营运市场之表现均有所改善。
美银证券指出，领展中期每单位分派超预期。该行认同领展的基础因素具韧性，但美国大选结果可能对领展的短期表现带来负面影响，因该行预期10年期美国国债交易区间将由近期的3.5至4.25%升至4.25至4.75%。里昂则认为，虽然特朗普第二任美国总统任期可能带来不明朗因素，但相信减息环境有利于执行领展3.0策略。
