智通财经APP获悉，挪威国家石油公司(EQNR.US)周四表示，已同意收购Sval Energi位于挪威海的海上开发项目Halten East Unit的11.8%股份，使该公司的持股比例增至69.5%。
Halten East的可采储量估计约为1亿桶油当量，其中约60%为天然气，将通过挪威西南部的Kaarstoe出口到欧洲。
挪威国家石油公司是Halten East Unit的运营商。Var Energi持有Halten East Unit 24.6%的股份，挪威国有石油公司Petoro持有5.9%的股份。
